i thought i could tick off one more item from my to do list but it was not meant to be.

how can a negotiation be called as such if only one party is doing the negotiating while the other jut won't budge?!?
if you're property has been in the market for over a month, and no one is offering the $ you wanted, it only means its overpriced.

im still hopeful... there's one in there waiting to be found, the one that is suited for us, the one the He reserved for us.

Only now did I realized how elusive that ONE is... :D
